Note about the kinds of domains we can acquire: 

• We can not acquire .gov or .edu domains. You have to be an actual government agency or school to get those kinds of domains. 
• We cannot use an exact-match domain or email address. For example, if your professor’s real email address is TimYu@uga.edu, we cannot use that exact address. Some customers don’t understand how email logistics work. Using the same email address would be equivalent to two different people sharing the same phone number. That simply isn’t possible.
• We also can't get you a domain name that is the same as the actual school. You cannot register ucla.edu if it is already registered.
